What happens after you submit the form
Please add in as much information as possible in the EOI form to make the process easier. We collect all ideas and work out what fits best with constraints like the schedule, space, ticketing etc.
We will reach out if we need more info but if you don’t hear from us promptly, worry not! We will get back to everyone and we will let you know even if your event wasn’t selected for this year.

Things to know about running an event
A few things to know about hosting an event at Wellycon 2025:
This year we are offering a weekend pass (2.5 days) to anyone hosting an event and committing to contribute three (3) hours or more of their time over the weekend.
Event hosts are invited to the Volunteers Night on Thursday before the event. Light refreshments are provided and you get early access to the Play-to-Win library.
As a guideline, our standard event occupies 1-2 tables, involves 4-10 players and lasts no more than 3 hours, though we will make exceptions if needed e.g. tournaments
Events that require additional helpers will need to be considered on a case-by-case basis re: tickets.
We may require you to tailor some aspects of your proposed event to make it work logistically. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to adjust.
In-con events will be featured on our Events schedule and we will help with registration for events through our official ticketing website.
